Pre order items are made specifically for early supporters. They are not kept in stock. Each piece goes into production only after the pre order window closes. This means delivery timelines can vary.

Estimated shipping is usually 6 to 9 weeks, it may take longer depending on production volume or logistics. By placing a pre order you agree that timelines are flexible and that slight delays are possible.

All pre orders are final. Since every item is created on demand we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for these orders.

If you want the piece at the best price, the pre order window is the moment to secure it. Once the batch moves into production the price will increase.

• Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Compare with a similar item you own for best fit.
• For a relaxed or oversized look on sweatshirts and hoodies, size up.
• For a fitted look on tees or raglans, choose true to size or size down if between sizes.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

1. Your order number
2. The item you want to return
3. The reason for the return

Do not send items back without approval. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items: email us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Sale items, custom items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

EU customers: you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under the standard cooling off period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
